*Wendy Williams says she is reclaiming her life amid her split from estranged hubby Kevin Hunter, and part of her mission is cutting all ties with her ex.

Williams announced on her talk show Wednesday that she intends to dissolve the substance abuse charity she recently launched with Hunter through their Hunter Foundation.

“Wendy Williams has been, and remains, committed to helping others in the struggles of life,” she said during the May 15 episode of “The Wendy Williams Show.”

“While accepting her new reality, many things in her life have changed including the dissolution of The Hunter Foundation. Wendy’s giving spirit will continue through her work with other foundations. Thank you.”

The foundation was set up by Wendy and Hunter, which she promoted on her talk show along with a drug abuse hotline after revealing she was receiving treatment for her own addictions in March.

Sources close to Kevin tell The Blast, he is concerned about the people from the call center who are now going to lose their jobs, including many who are recovering addicts themselves. He also believes Wendy is trying to distance herself from anything relating to drug addiction and substance abuse.

As of now, the hotline is still taking calls, but we are told the staff was informed yesterday that the foundation is ending.

Meanwhile, a source told Page Six that Williams’ is dissolving the organization because she no longer wants to be associated with her ex.

The publication also notes that a longtime executive producer for “The Wendy Williams Show” is leaving for Tamron Hall’s new show.

Talia Parkinson-Jones will co-executive produce Hall’s upcoming daytime talker along with Hall and“The View” veteran Bill Geddie.
