*Lil’ Kim was joined by Musiq Soulchild, O.T. Genasis and Lil Cease for a greatest-hits performance during Sunday’s 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards.
We previously reported, the pint-sized rapper was honored with the I Am Hip Hop award, and during her acceptance speech, Kim reflected on her legendary career and gave a shout out to the late-great Notorious B.I.G. — see the moment via the clip above.
As reported by USA Today, the BET Awards lasted more than three and a half hours on Sunday, but not all of the trophies were handed out during televised presentation.

Three awards were honored during the ceremony. Mary J. Blige accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award, Tyler Perry was honored with the Ultimate Icon Award and the family of slain rapper Nipsey Hussle received the Humanitarian Award in his honor. Nipsey was also crowned Best male hip-hop artist.
Video of the year went to Childish Gambino’s “This Is America.” Beyonce won in the Best female R&B/pop artist category. Bruno Mars bagged the trophy for Best male R&B/pop artist, while Cardi B dominated the Best female hip-hop artist category.
