*Pro-Trump vloggers Diamond and Silk are threatening to sue two bloggers unless they take down unflattering posts about them being BlackWhite supremacists.
So far, the cease and desist letters from the “Diamond & Silk Legal Team” warn not to share them publicly—but have been ignored by the recipients.
Diamond and Silk’s love Trump have earned them plenty of critics, including blogger Bianca DeLaRosa, who published a piece on Wonkette calling them “BlackWhite Nationalists.”
In the piece, DeLaRosa notes how the duo “trolls” and accused them of providing fodder and coverage to white nationalists through their support of Donald Trump.

“I have long despised both trolls; I’ve hated their hair, their animal print, their dumb facial expressions, their jiggin’ and jivin’, but most of all? I have hated the way they prop up the most vile white supremacy in our government, and it’s time to start calling that s**t out,” DeLaRosa wrote.
And with that… Lynette Hardaway (Diamond), and Rochelle Richardson (Silk), had their legal team fire off a notice telling DeLaRosa that they plan to sue her for defamation. But DeLaRosa was unmoved by the threat, and Diamond and Silk ended up on the receiving end of even more mockery, per Inquisitr.com.
“The legal notice was widely panned for its many spelling and grammatical mistakes, and what experts called some very specious legal arguments,” the outlet writes.
Did I just get a cease and desist letter from….

“I sure hope these two get one of those fancy Fox News lawyers to look over their libel complaint before a judge starts assigning attorneys fees, because ‘attaching a name to racist context’ isn’t what’s required for defamation,” the legal blog Law & Crime noted, calling the duo’s legal notice “hilarious.”
BoingBoing also noted that the letter was so poorly written and filled with mistakes that it’s hard to believe it’s even legitimate.
DeLaRosa responded to Diamond and Silk’s defamation claim in another Wonkette blog post in which she responded to the lawyer with: “Bring It, S**thead.”
The Trump propaganda duo @DiamondandSilk had their desultory lawyer send me a libel threat letter for publishing a story that mentions their participation in a neo-Nazi broadcast and demanding a retraction.
