*“Love and Hip Hop” star Tommie Lee is facing up to 54 years in jail for being a disruptive hot a** mess back in October at her daughter’s middle school.

Lee reportedly caused a scene after receiving a call from a teacher that her child was being disrespectful. When Tommie arrived, she reportedly slapped the kid and dragged her by her hair down the hall, throwing her daughter against a locker.

Tommie was indicted in January on multiple child abuse charges and could get up to 54 years in prison, if convicted. Because of her lengthy rap sheet, Lee later cited mental health issues as a way to avoid a harsh sentence in the case, TMZ reported.

Tommie was hoping to enroll in a mental health program after claiming she was diagnosed with a mental condition around the time she was arrested for the violent scene she caused at her daughter’s school.

But prosecutors say her criminal record makes her ineligible to enter a mental health program — which would have spared her from time behind bars.

According to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ:

The Assistant District Attorney determined Lee’s criminal history and background — along with other evidence, facts and allegations — “make her an inappropriate candidate for an accountability court.”

Lee was arrested twice before in connection to this case — once for the alleged assault in October, and again less than 24 hours later for violating a court order to stay away from her kid.

She was also tossed back in jail in March for showing up drunk for a hearing in the case.

As for her mental health issues … Tommie previously revealed she’s bipolar, according to the report.
