*After being indicted for a third time this year, R. Kelly now faces more than 30 charges that include child sex abuse, trafficking and assault.

The singer’s publicist, Darrell Johnson, addressed the charges during a press conference in Atlanta Friday morning, but it was interrupted by the father of alleged victim Joycelyn Savage.

Timothy Savage demanded to know where Joycelyn’s at – but Johnson ignored him. According to TMZ, the parents say they were in Chicago recently and went with cops to Kelly’s Trump Tower residence to do a welfare check on Joycelyn … but she wasn’t there anymore — and they have no idea where she is.

“I don’t wanna hear all that,” Timothy shouted during the presser. “I wanna know where my daughter’s at! Answer that question!”

Kelly was hit with two federal indictments in Illinois and New York, respectively, following investigations into the disturbing abuse allegations levelled against the singer in the Lifetime docu-series “Surviving R. Kelly.” As noted by Complex, the 13-count Illinois federal indictment includes charges connected with child pornography, enticement of a minor, and obstruction of justice.

“R. Kelly’s Enterprise was not only engaged in music; as alleged, for two decades the enterprise at the direction of R. Kelly preyed upon young women and teenagers whose dreams of meeting a superstar, soon turned into a nightmare of rape, child pornography, and forced labor,” Angel M. Melendez, special agent in charge of Homeland Security New York said in a statement. “The musician turned predator allegedly used his stardom to coax some victims into nefarious sex acts while certain members his enterprise calculatingly facilitated the aberrant conduct. Today’s indictment charging racketeering is a clear indication of the extent of his criminal activity, which involves coercion and kidnapping.”

Following his arrest, the singer’s attorney noted that “A bail hearing will be held early next week, at which time Mr. Kelly hopes to be released from custody.”

Kelly was acquitted by a jury in 2008 of child pornography charges that stemmed from a videotape allegedly showing him having sex with a minor.
