*Nicki Minaj revealed on her Queen Radio Friday that she and boyfriend Kenneth Petty have obtained a marriage license.
The “Megatron” rapper was answering questions from fans when one asked “is Kenny a fan of ‘Nicki Minaj’ or does he only love ‘Onika’ ? If so, what’s his favorite album/song by you ? & would you ever date a person who isn’t necessarily into Nicki Minaj but into Onika ?”
“He won’t even say the word ‘Nicki,'” Minaj responded. “He has called me onika since I was 15 so it’s hard to change that. I wouldn’t date anyone cuz I’m about to be married to my soulmate. But that was the problem, others r infatuated w/Nicki Minaj he DGAF about this industry & is very protective.”
She then dropped a bombshell, announcing they had obtained a marriage license.

“We did get our marriage license,” Minaj said, adding that, “I think I have what I was striving for, just happiness. It was so hard to get to a happy place. Now that I’m there, I don’t want to compromise that for anyone or anything.”
Minaj offered no further details on her coming nuptials with Petty, who is a level 2 convicted sex offender. As reported by Us Weekly, he was convicted of attempted rape in 1995 and pleaded guilty to manslaughter 11 years later.
Petty recently co-starred in Nicki’s raunchy new video for her song, “Megatron,” in which she raps about his controversial criminal past.
In the latest episode of her Queen Radio show on Apple Beats 1, Minaj also recalled her feud with Miley Cyrus, describing the singer as “Perdue Chicken.”
“Perdue Chickens can never talk (expletive) about queens. But I do notice a lot of Perdue chickens have been trying to say the queen’s name for clout. And that’s always been happening. And that’s what (Cyrus) did in the first place. And the white girl cry and made the black girl seem like she was a bad guy… She disrespected me in a magazine article for no reason.”
Minaj was referring to comments Miley made when fans questioned whether she was shading the rap star in her new song “Cattitude,” with the lyric: “I love you Nicki, but I listen to Cardi.”
As you know, Nicki and Cardi got into a brawl at a New York Fashion Week party in September.
Cyrus clarified the lyrics on Roman Kemp’s Capital Breakfast radio show, saying there is no beef anymore, according to complex.com.
