*Two of Damon Dash’s baby-mamas are coming after the monetary settlement he agreed to with Lee Daniels. Now the “Empire” creator wants a judge to intervene and sort it all out.
You recall back in December Daniels settled a $2 million dispute with Dash over claims that “Precious” director cut him out of producer credits and profits from the film. The settlement came after footage surfaced of Dame confronting Lee at a Diana Ross concert and threatening to take legal action if the didn’t pay up.
Daniels ultimately agreed to a reported $5 settlement in installments (which included interest and loss profits).
“I’m good. Just happy 2 people from the culture could work things out,” Dash said at the time.

The Blast is reporting that they have court documents that show Rachel Roy and Cindy Morales claiming the payments should go to them because Dash owes them child-support payments.
Daniels responded by filing a lawsuit in Manhattan on Thursday, noting his willingness to put the payment into an escrow account until the matter can be settled between Dame and his women.
Daniels’ next payment to Dash is due this month, and he’s asking the court to not find him liable to Dash, Roy or Morales if he misses the payment.
Dash allegedly owes Roy $850,000 in back child support while Morales claims he owes her $65,000.
