*Kandi Burruss will soon welcome a new baby via a surrogate and fans are feeling some way about the famed singer wanting her step-daughter to move out of her massive Atlanta home to make room for the baby.
The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has asked 23-year-old Kayla, daughter of her husband Todd Tucker, to vacate her bedroom inside the Burruss family home so that the unborn baby can occupy the space, per Ace Showbiz.
In the latest episode of RHOA, Kandi tells Todd that his daughter has to move out because she’s acting “a little grown,” so she should live by herself. Todd is cool with the request because Kayla revealed to him that she wants to move to New York to open her own fashion store.

Meanwhile, folks on the internet are not feeling Kandi’s suggestion, and noted how the couple “have two properties in Atlanta, one of which has seven bedrooms, nine and half bathrooms and an indoor pool and spa,” the outlet writes. The other property is reportedly a guest house.
“Kandi’s explanation does not pass the smell test,” one fan wrote.
“Right now, we’re trying to finish the room! Burruss, 43, told Us Weekly exclusively about preparing for her third child. “I’m trying to remember everything that I need to have so that we’re ready when she gets here. I’m super excited, but I’m feeling like I’m behind schedule as far as getting ready.”
Kandi and Todd share three-year-old son Ace, and she has a daughter Riley, 17, with her ex Russell Spencer.
“Because I’m not physically seeing my body change, it’s like [I] don’t keep track of the time the same,” she explained to Us. “Like, I should have had my baby’s room together a long time ago! I’m just judging it by when I see her … and I’m like, ‘Wow, OK. We’re getting there.’ But it took a long time for her to show. So it was like, ‘I got more time than I need!’ And now I’m like, ‘Whoa, we’re in a rush right now.’”
