‘Good Boys Hilariously Made with Kids, but Not for Kids (EUR Exclusive/WATCH)

*Los Angeles, CA  –  The kids in “Good Boys” are innocently bad which makes the humor in the film so good.  The combination of “innocence and debauchery made us laugh,” says the long-standing writing and filmmaking duo, Lee Eisenberg and Gene Stupnitsky.

The adorable starring cast played by Jacob Tremblay, Keith Williams, and Brady Noon, are three friends, affectionately calling themselves the “beanbag boys,” are on a mission to attend their first kissing party but first needs to discover how to kiss.  What starts out as a seemingly innocent task turns into a full-blown mandate to avoid trouble, while crossing high-speed freeways, jumping through hoops and dropping some hysterical F-bombs along the way.

EUR sat with the “Beanbag Boys” to discuss what it was like preparing for their roles and the most notable thing of all was their synergy with one another.  During the process of filming, the boys who were once strangers became quite good friends, evident by the fact that they would usually begin answering the question then turning towards each other recalling old memories on set.

Both Lee and Gene agree that the “Good Boys” film is widely inappropriate yet hilariously funny for adults because we know that most of the profanity and sexual innuendos that the Beanbag Boys discuss are either misled or misconstrued in their young world.

Lee says, “We had never seen an R-Rated comedy with 12-year-olds, it was making us laugh.  So, then we just started going down the road and as we started pitching it to other people and started writing it, people responded the same way that we did.”

Be sure to catch “Good Boys” in theaters August 16, 2019 and watch EUR’s interviews now!
