*Three new women have come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Cuba Gooding Jr., bringing the total to five, according to TMZ.

“It’s a pattern,” said a source, noting that all of the alleged attacks, which date back to 2008, occurred at bars or restaurants, Page Six reports.

Goodling was indicted on an additional undisclosed charge in his current sexual misconduct case on Thursday in a New York court.

The Oscar-winning actor was “indicted on charges included in this docket as well as an additional incident previously uncharged,” Assistant District Attorney Jenna Long said, according to The Daily Beast.

We previously reported…Gooding Jr. was accused by a still unidentified woman of grabbing her breast at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in the Moxy Times Square hotel on June 9. His accuser reportedly informed authorities that Gooding Jr. appeared to be “highly intoxicated” and the pair got into an argument that had to be broken up by security.

After declaring that he “trusts the system,” the “Jerry Maguire” star turned himself into the NYPD’s Special Victim’s Unit on June 13 and was formally charged.

Now, several more women have come forward with their own tales about Gooding’s behavior — “including a woman who claims Gooding grabbed her rear at a joint on West 45th Street in 2008 and another who says he pulled the same stunt at a West 44th Street restaurant five years later,” Page Six writes, adding “details involving the third alleged new victim are not clear.”

One of these women says Gooding grabbed her rear at a hotel on Howard Street in Soho in 2018, while the other claims he reached his hand under her skirt and penetrated her with his finger that same year, law enforcement sources said.

Gooding Jr. is expected to appear in court on Tuesday to face a new undisclosed charge in his June sexual misconduct case and another previously uncharged incident, NBC.com reports.

The actor’s lawyer tells NBC News that the other cases “don’t have the slightest semblance of credibility” but it’s unclear whether the new charges involved any of the allegations from these new accusers.

Details of the new charges is expected to be announced Tuesday.
