*Brittney Taylor, the “Love & Hip Hop: New York” star got some good news on Friday. Her case for allegedly attacking another woman has been dismissed. And no, the other woman is NOT Remy Ma.
Anyway, as far as the deal is concerned, Taylor won’t have to plead to anything, and if she stays out of trouble for six months, the misdemeanor assault charges against her from the June 14 brawl with Dina Khalil will be dismissed, according to her lawyer, Sanford Rubenstein.

Taylor allegedly clawed Khalil’s neck and chucked a cellphone at her head during a fight in Khalil’s West 42nd Street apartment, authorities said.
Weeks before the brawl, on April 16, Taylor accused “Love & Hip Hop” castmate Remy Ma of slugging her in the face at Irving Plaza. Khalil was a witness to that incident.
“There will be a disposition of the criminal matter against Brittney Taylor on Monday with an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal,” Rubenstein said.
Meanwhile, the lawyer said Taylor is prepared to testify against Ma at the rapper’s trial for allegedly slugging Taylor. Ma is due in Manhattan Criminal Court Sept. 26 on the case.

By the way, Remy Ma’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, said this about the Taylor matter in relation to her client:
“If Brittney takes the [deal], it’s going to directly impact on her credibility. The district attorney’s office should dismiss the case outright against Remy. If not, we’re going to trial.”
