*Tommie Lee has announced that she is officially done with “Love and Hip Hop Atlanta.”
The troubled reality star took to her Instagram Story on Saturday and made clear that she’s not returning to the hit Vh1 series, and also noted that she was miserable during her time on the show.
“No I am not nor will I ever return to love&hiphop so pls stop asking that error is dead! #tommies**t,” she wrote in red letters. “I’m much happier to not be under that umbrella it was misery and depression there.”
As noted by BET.com, she meant “era” not “error.” Tommie later posted a video on IG clarifying her post and calling out those who had something to say about the “error” — see clip below.

As we previously reported, Lee was facing up to 54 years in jail for being a disruptive hot a** mess back in October at her daughter’s middle school. But in May, a judge cut her some slack and ruled that she would not have to spend a day in prison on child abuse charge if she stays out of trouble for the next ten years.
Lee was sentenced in her child abuse case after pleading guilty to 5 charges — including first-degree cruelty to children, TMZ reported. The judge gave her 10 years but instead of going prison, she was ordered to complete a residential recovery program and 12 months of aftercare with licensed doctors.
The case stemmed from Lee reportedly going ballistic at her daughter’s school after receiving a call from a teacher that her child was being disrespectful. When Tommie arrived, she reportedly slapped her 11-year-old daughter and “bashed” head into a school locker.
Lee clarified in an interview with Hello Beautiful in January: “I took her hoodie and I jacked her up against the locker. Physical abuse is the last form of punishment for children in my household.”
In a separate interview, Tommie explained how she roughed up her daughter because she was distributing edible marijuana treats to fellow students.
Back in January, Tommie Lee first announced that she will no longer appear on LHHATL. “I love my old job but I no longer work with them,” she wrote on Instagram, as reported by Atlanta Black Star via Ace Showbiz.
Tommie had numerous run-ins with the law while appearing on the reality series.
