*Keyshia Cole‘s divorce with her ex-NBA husband, Daniel ‘Booby’ Gibson is back on. That’s because Gibson finally handed over his financial records to Cole. They were married in 2011.
With that move, the divorce can finally move forward. Earlier this year, if you recall, it was Cole who was warned to speed thing up or the divorce would be dismissed and they would remain married, according to TheBlast.
Even back then it was pretty much the consensus that Cole was the one holding the situation up. However, she tried to tell folks what the deal was on social media, saying she “would LOOOVE TO MOVE FORWARD With the divorce.”
Cole, 37, went on to inform anybody interested in hearing what she had to say that Gibson’s lawyer needed to change his position on custody and spousal support, saying she (Cole) was not going to give him full custody or pay him.
It was back in September of 2017 that Cole first filed for divorce from Gibson (33), even though the couple had been separated since 2014. She cited irreconcilable differences for the split. Further, the singer requested joint legal and physical custody of their son, Daniel Gibson Jr. Gibson Sr. filed his response to the divorce months later, which was the last update in the case.

In other news regarding Keyshia Cole, if you haven’t already heard, she is expecting her second child, and first with boyfriend/rapper Niko Khale, 23. Cole made the announcement via Instagram, captioning her growing belly with:
“Went to Catalina island Last weekend. Had such a good time!!!! Surrounded by Loooooooooove❤️ Just enjoying good times and GREAT VIBES ?? I have a few shows coming up next weekend, DETROIT, MIAMI, ? #MOTHERSDay is coming ? I’m ready for ALL THE Love and GREAT ENERGY.”
While Keyshia’s nonchalant post made no mention of her pregnancy, in the photo Keyshia is shown with her hand on her protruding baby bump. The post also included two other pictures that showed her smiling and laughing with Niko.
