Exclusive Trailer: First Look at Lifetime’s ‘Pride & Prejudice: Atlanta’ [WATCH]

*Lifetime’s “Pride & Prejudice: Atlanta” is a contemporary adaptation of Jane Austen’s beloved novel with a twist — the pic stars an all-Black cast of Tiffany Hines, Juan Antonio, Jackee Harry, Reginald VelJohnson, Keshia Knight Pulliam and Kellee Stewart.

The film follows “Reverend Bennet, a pastor of a prominent southern Baptist church and his wife Mrs. Bennet, who is the author of a self-help book on how to find the perfect husband. Mrs. Bennet is less than thrilled that all five of their daughters are still single,” reads the official synopsis. “When the very eligible Will Darcy arrives in town, Mrs. Bennet sets her sights on the handsome bachelor for daughter Lizzie, leading to a modern-day, comedic take on themes familiar to fans of the novel.”
