*Young Thug says he shouldn’t have to pay back the $2.2 million he owes on a Georgia mansion because the real estate developer conspired to sell him a mansion that was falling apart.

Heritage Select Homes sued the rapper last year claiming he failed to make a $2.2 million payment that was due in March 2017. The original price of the mansion was $2.475 million, but Thug made a few small payments before the big payment was due, according to The Blast.

The 6-bedroom, 11-bathroom 11,000 sq. ft. mansion includes a theater room, four-car garage, indoor pool, walk out balconies/patios and a full bar.

In his response, Thug claims that Heritage was aware of several existing problems with the house but failed to disclose them. Among the issues he claims is foundation damage, roof problems that led to damaging leaks, and mold in the basement below the indoor pool.

Thug also accuses Heritage of conspiring with his real estate agent to hire a real estate inspection firm for a sham inspection that would fail to reveal the problems in the home.

He claims shortly after moving in, he became aware of the defects in the home and hired another home inspector who discovered a number of issues.

Thug wants the lawsuit dismissed and has also filed a counterclaim alleging fraud.

He seeks unspecified damages.
