*On Monday, Nov. 5, The Real kicked off Orlando Week as the show shouts out to Dolla Holla Back contestants!

The hosts also remind viewers about voting in Tuesday’s election and discuss how many celebrities are encouraging people to get out and vote, while co-host Jeannie Mai has a message for millennials who may think their vote doesn’t matter.

The ladies also talk about how Twitter clapped back at actor Rebel Wilson after her claim that she is the first plus-sized lead of a rom-com movie, and co-host Loni Love spills some major Royal tea about the Queen’s Christmas plans!

Later, R&B singer and songwriter Mario visits to chat about his new album, Dancing Shadows. He explains what being a true artist means to him, talks about his upcoming live tour and reveals that one of the first times he performed on television, he was with co-host Adrienne Houghton!

Mario Explains What Being a True Artist Means To Him

Jeannie Doesn’t Want Millennials to Sleep On Voting

Jeannie Mai: And I really, really want to give a special message to all my millenies out there, all my little brothers and sisters. You guys have no idea how much impact you have to change our culture. And I know – like, yesterday I went out to breakfast with some of my younger cousins and I asked them if they were all going to vote and they were all like, “Ehhh… honestly I’m not really into politics.”

Adrienne Houghton: Oh!

Jeannie: And this is just being real, I want them to real, you know? Here’s the thing: If you too think that you’re not “into politics,” you have to understand that they run your life.

Tamera Mowry-Housley: Yes.

Jeannie: At this time right now, live, you probably – just got up in your apartment, right? You probably brushed your teeth. You probably grabbed your cellphone which you bought with your paycheck. You probably got in your car, maybe got some gas, probably headed to your job, hollered at your homeslice… Bob, right? In that time right there, everything you just did was influenced by politics.

Adrienne: Yes.

Jeannie: The apartment that you pay for, the water – the running water that you pay for, your paycheck that you get, your gas prices, and also, probably the co-worker that might be getting paid more than you for doing the same job.

Adrienne: Yup!

Loni Love: Let ‘em know, let ‘em know.

Jeannie: So I’m just saying, you have the power to change that. If you’re saying you’re ok with all of that, and what’s going on today, then seriously, don’t sleep on voting. Seriously.
