*Melanie ‘Mel B’ Brown has been relisted her lavish L.A. home with another price cut.

According to Page Six, the Spice Girl initially put the home on the market after splitting from her husband, Stephen Belafonte, early last year. The divorce was finalized in December.

The home, which is now priced at $7.5 million, was listed last March for $9 million. When no buyers stepped forward, the price dropped by $1 million a month later. With no sale, it was eventually taken off the market until this week.

The owners still stand to make a hefty profit from a potential home sale. As Realtor.com previously reported, Mel and Stephen purchased the property in 2014 for $4.3 million, and then gave the place a makeover.

But who will benefit from the proceeds from the eventual sale?

The Daily Mail reported that Mel and her ex are now “warring” over the home, although the two apparently agreed initially to split the profits, but Brown has reportedly backtracked.

Meanwhile, according to TMZ, Belafonte said Brown made it difficult to sell because she allegedly refused him access to the home to make repairs.

The four-story, four-bedroom contemporary was redesigned in 2016 “with no expense spared,” according to the listing description.

The property boasts a chef’s kitchen, a home theater and top-floor master suite with sitting area and private balconies. Details include Baccarat fixtures, high ceilings, walls of built-ins, and a lighted bar. Additional highlights include a recording studio, gym, game room, plus two more ensuite beds and a family room.

The extensive outdoor space includes a lounge area, fireplace, flat-screen TV, summer kitchen, pool and spa.

The 1928 estate was once home to Rudolph Valentino and sits next to Clark Gable’s former home.
