*Mariah Carey will settle in Beverly Hills for the time being after reportedly signing a long-term lease for a 12,000 square foot mega-mansion, reports TMZ.
The singer is reportedly paying $35,000 a month for the dwelling, which was previously rented to Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill.
The property sits on one acre and comes with nine bedrooms, a guest house, a two-story foyer, a spa and amazing city views.
Carey moved on from the home she shared with former fiance James Packer.
She was repped by celeb realtor Tomer Fridman from Compass Realty. The owner of the property was repped by Fariba Bolour from Sotheby’s International Realty.
