*Daz Dillinger is being investigated by the LAPD after his call to the Crips to handle Kanye West for being a so-called free-thinker who supports Donald Trump and conservative ideology.
In case you missed his message to the Crips to “f— up Kanye,” watch the clip above.
TMZ called the Sheriff’s Dept. Monday to ask if Dillinger’s video was something they were looking at, and today a source confirmed that detectives are now looking at the video to determine if there’s a “prosecutable crime.”
The Sheriff’s Dept. has also reached out to Kanye and his security team, but so far they have not heard back.

Meanwhile, The Game doesn’t think Kanye shouldn’t take Daz’s Crip threat lightly.
TMZ caught up with the Blood-affiliated rapper and asked about Daz calling on Crips to “f*** up” Kanye on sight after re-professing his love for Trump. Watch the clip above to hear his take on the matter.
As for any advice for Kanye to protect himself on the heels of the threat, The Game says he should look to his new “brother” (Trump) for help.
TMZ also caught up with singer Eric Benet Monday at LAX and asked him about Dillinger’s Crip threat… watch the clip above.
Eric doesn’t live too far from Kanye, so he fears their normally peaceful neighborhood of Calabasas might not provide enough security for West.
In the meantime, West has reportedly filed a restraining order against Daz and beefed up his security.
There’s also a rumor that his wife, Kim Kardashian, wants him back in rehab by the weekend as she’s concerned his pro-Trump agenda will ruin her brand.
