*According to a lawsuit obtained by The Blast, La Toya Jackson’s entertainment company has been hit with a $300,000 lawsuit for not paying rent.

Douglas Emmett, a leading real estate company, claims they leased office space to Ja-Tail Enterprises in June of 2011. The contract called for Ja-Tail to pay $11,618.10 per month, with annual increases.

But according to the report, at some point in time, Douglas Emmett claims Ja-Tail stopped paying up and now they want whats owed to them: $324,000 in unpaid rent plus interest and damages.

According to their website, Ja-Tail — which lists La Toya as a founder — has several different entertainment divisions, including music, films, and television.

Sean “Diddy” Combs aka Puff Daddy attends the “Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garcons: Art Of The In-Between” Costume Institute Gala at Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 1, 2017, in New York City.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sat down with Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live” to dish about how he was overshadowed by Janet and Justin’s Super Bowl performance.

“First of all, I wanna say that I’m still upset about that Super Bowl because I put, like, six months of my life into the preparations and then nobody knew I performed,” Combs said (watch clip up top)

“Ya’ll don’t even know I performed at that Super Bowl!” he said, laughing.

As you know, Combs’ performance was overshadowed by Janet Jackson’s “wardrobe malfunction,” which would come to be dubbed “Nipplegate.”

Combs’ rep told Page Six on Monday, “He was joking. He’s not upset or anything. He was just joking.”

Justin Timberlake recently revealed in an interview that he and Janet were able to make amends after he exposed her breast on television. He’s set to return to the Super Bowl halftime stage on Feb. 4.
