*TLC’s Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas and her ex, music producer Dallas Austin, are celebrating a milestone with their son.
21-year-old Tron Austin just graduated from the prestigious Full Sail University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music, as he plans to follow in the footsteps of his famous parents; he’s a music producer and rapper.
Chilli posted a video of herself and Tron outside of his graduation, along with the caption:

Dallas was also beaming with pride when he shared a video of Tron walking across the stage, along with the caption:

Dallas and Chilli dated back when TLC first started on LaFace Records in the 1990’s, and he was the group’s producer.
In a 2010 interview, Chilli tearfully recalled the heartbreak she felt after aborting her first baby with Dallas, at age 20.
She said the emotional pain from the experience was so unbearable that several years later, Chilli felt the only way to cope was by having a baby (with Dallas).
“It messed me up,” she said through tears. “I don’t know; It just, it broke my spirit. […] I feel like I became kind of like not my strong self anymore. I felt like I gave in and I broke to what someone else wanted. And I would break down and I would just cry because I wasn’t a mommy. I cried almost every day for almost nine years and then I was caught up, I had to have a baby.”
