*Lord knows this is not a good look. We have no idea who or what precipitated when turned into a huge, nasty looking brawl at an AAU basketball game between R.A.W. Athletics from Chicago and the Houston Raptors. The disturbance happened in the ATL Sunday morning. It both teams and the officials running the game.
A man named Doug Jones posted a pair of videos on Twitter. In one, you can see a trio of players attacking an official lying on the ground near the 3-point line on the court.
We’re told the fight, which occurred late in the fourth quarter with R.A.W. trailing, quickly escalated as more officials and adults run in and try to break up the fight. Soon enough, it was an all-out brawl.

Initially, it appears that players attacked one official, which sparked the fight. However, head coach Howard Martin — who runs R.A.W., the team in white playing in the basketball game — tweeted out his side of the story shortly after videos of the fight surfaced on Twitter on Sunday morning.
“A ref actually walked up on one of our players and attacked him. Everyone tried to break it all up, then the ref’s father (who was working a game on a different court) ran over to our court and rushed our guys..everyone in the gym, the other team and the directors saw everything.”
He added:

Who knows if if Martin’s account of the story is accurate. You just can’t tell from the videos alone because the start as the players are seen attacking one of the referees. Meanwhile, both the venue that hosted the event and the tournament director have so far not responded to requests for comment. At least as of this posting.
Like we said at the top, it’s not a good look for anyone involved.
