*As we reported, Kanye West has decided to politics alone. At least for now. Who knows where his head will be concerning the issue next week.
In the meantime, the very person who he said put him in his current frame of mind as far as politics is concerned, is right-wing conservative Candace Owens, who Ye claims “used” him.
Owens wrote a lengthy blog post on Wednesday in response to Kanye’s tweets on Tuesday in which he said he was done with politics because he felt he was “used to spread messages I don’t believe in.”
West also said it was NOT him who designed the shirts for BLEXIT; he simply “introduced Candace to the person who made the logo.”
“I never once said that Kanye designed the t-shirts for BLEXIT,” Owens said. “This is a lie that seems to have made its way around the world.”
Here’s the deal: Maybe Owens never said that Ye designed the BLEXIT movement t-shirts for her. However, her website certainly did!

The folks at The Blast took screenshots (directly above) of the items for sale on Sunday and they clearly said “Design by Kanye West” on them. But when they checked again this morning … the Kanye design claim was no longer there. Oops!
Owens went on to say she apologized to West “for any undue stress or pain the effort to correct that rumor has caused him, his business relationships, or his family. He simply never designed them.”
Additionally, Owens offered an apology to President Donald Trump after people online speculated West’s break from politics meant he was ending his relationship with Trump’s administration
“I would also like to publicly apologize to President Trump, as I know that Kanye’s tweets were rapidly misinterpreted as a shot to this administration … His tweets were aimed at me and me only, rightfully, for my personal failings. I bare full responsibility.”
