*OK, here we go with another krazy Katt Williams story. You see, TMZ caught up to him and he tried to explain the situation with Tiffany Haddish and that gun story. Well, he kinda sorta cleared the air, but it wasn’t exactly transparent as to what he was saying or what he meant, if you get our drift.
Monday night he was spotted strolling the streets of L.A. after the Emmys — with his own (Emmy) in hand — and was asked him to elaborate on what happened when Atlanta radio host Wanda Smith’s husband allegedly pointed a gun at his face and chased him to a supermarket across the street.
If you know the Katt man, he’s a master of not answering a question directly. Dude was straight speaking in riddles. But, he does make one thing clear — the situation would’ve been far more dire if a gun was involved.
And yes, the TMZ camera guy also asked about him and Tiffany Haddish burying the hatchet at the Emmy Awards. As we reported earlier, she posted snaps of him kneeling before her in what looked like pure contrition.
At LAX on Tuesday morning, Tiffany showed she was on the same page as Katt. No beefing going on here … now. In fact, she’s says she’s even open to working with the little guy down the road.
Meanwhile, Katt is apologizing, saying he’s sorry for bringing her up in a disparaging way … and giving a shout-out to another comedian who apparently set him straight.
BTW, Miss Haddish won an Emmy for her “SNL” hosting gig. Katt won for his guest role on “Atlanta” and he looks pretty damn happy about it.
Winning makes everything all good.
