“Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.,” Serena Williams says in an Instagram post sharing a first look at her new baby girl with fiancé, Alexis Ohanian.
A video posted on Serena’s website takes viewers through footage and photos of the little one’s 9 month journey, which culminated in her Sept. 1 arrival at 6 lbs 14 ounces, the clip reveals.
Also, Serena notes that her daughter already has one Grand Slam title under her belt, as Mom was pregnant while winning the Australian Open in January.
The tennis champ, 35, also says the delivery had “a lot of complications” at the hospital that required them to remain there for six or seven days.
“But look what we got,” she said while cradling Alexis Jr. “A baby girl.”
