USA Unveils Premiere Date, New Trailer for ‘Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.’

*USA has finally set a date for its anticipated 10-episode drama “Unsolved: The Murders of Tupac and the Notorious B.I.G.”

A new trailer has also been released for the true-crime anthology series, which premieres at 10 p.m. on Feb. 27. Watch the new trailer here, and the previous teaser above.

Written by Kyle Long, “Unsolved” chronicles the dual police investigations of Detective Greg Kading (Josh Duhamel) and Detective Russell Poole (Jimmi Simpson) into the controversial murders of two of the rap industry’s most legendary figures, Tupac Shakur (Marcc Rose) and The Notorious B.I.G. (Wavyy Jonez).

Anthony Hemingway (“The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story”) directs and executive produces along with Mark Taylor through their Hemingway | Taylor production company. Long executive produces.

Former LAPD Detective Greg Kading, who worked on the 2006 investigation into the murders, will also serve as co-executive producer.
