*Mel B’s former nanny Lorraine Gilles, 26, is suing her for libel and breach of privacy after being dragged into the singer’s bitter divorce battle with Stephen Belafonte.
According to Gilles, she was hired to look after their kids Phoenix Chi, 18, Angel, 10 and Madison, 5, but her job duties soon turned into consensual “three-way” romps.
She alleges that Mel B filmed their threesomes, which Gilles says began days after she met the couple. She tells in court papers how she was just 18 at the time. She says Brown would also bed her without the hubby and sometimes their frolics went on for seven years.

German Gilles, who is suing the ex-Spice Girl for branding her a homewrecker, says the star told her she and her husband had an open relationship.
She declares: “The only times Stephen and I had sex was when Melanie instructed Stephen and I to do so or when Melanie herself invited her husband to join us.”
She says Brown “would often serve as the cameraman and record the sexual encounter.”
Her complaint comes as Mel B and Stephen continue to wage a bitter divorce battle. Gilles denies Brown’s accusations that Belefonte impregnated her. She accuses the star of falsely portraying her as a “conniving and backstabbing homewrecker.”
Now she wants Mel B to pay for playing… with the wrong one.
