*The 911 call from Paula Patton’s nanny during the Malibu Park incident with Robin Thicke has surfaced.
As previously reported, police were called last month as their 6-year-old Julian Fuego sat in his mother’s car, unwilling to go with his crooner father, as per their visitation arrangement.
In the 911 call, posted by TMZ, Julian’s nanny claims that Thicke was in violation of a restraining order that requires him to stay away from the park until Patton hands Julian to the court appointed monitor and leaves. Only then can Thicke retrieve his son.
The nanny also mentions that Julian becomes distressed whenever he’s due to visit with his father.

As previously reported, California’s Department of Children and Family Services is currently investigating claims that Robin used excessive physical punishment on Julian.
Robin has said Paula has tried driving a wedge between him and his son and is guilty of emotional abuse.
It was reported earlier this week that Robin and Paula have agreed to stop fighting and are working toward a custody arrangement that works for both parties.
