*Former “Basketball Wives” reality TV star Laura Govan is spilling the tea about her personal life, and she kinda has to at this point in order to keep the checks rolling in to pay her ex-fiance Gilbert Arenas, the $3 million that was award to him as part of his libel and defamation lawsuit against her.
After the judgment, Arenas event joked that, “#InRealLife my ex will have to work at #hoochieBurgers everyday for 100 years, at 12 bucks a hour with a 10hr shift to pay that judgement off hahahahaha.”
She’s not flipping burgers just yet, but she did hit up Hollywood Unlocked Uncensored to talk about her strained relationship with her younger sister, Gloria Govan.

As you know, the sisters were both on Basketball Wives LA. And while their relationship on camera looked positive, Laura claims they’ve had some challenges. Govan hints that her sister had sex with her ex Gilbert, but when pressed about it during the interview, she didn’t want to explain because she may be saving the juicy drama for her forthcoming book.
“I think there are answers that don’t have to be a yes or a no. When it is what it is,” Govan said. ”To be honest with you — I’m writing a book and there’s certain things I can’t talk about yet.”
When asked if the rumors are true that she hooked Gloria up with Matt Barnes, so that she (Gloria) would stay away from Gilbert, she states:
“That is true. that’s what I did. It was something I was going through and we were younger…There was a lot of f*ckery going on in the relationship…There’s a lot of sh*t that I went through, with my sister and dealing with this situation. When I hooked them up — she was a thorn in my *ss when I was in a relationship with Gilbert…And her friends … It was a lot.”
On their strained relationship, she reveals: “It was almost like …I would try — we’re sisters let’s be cordial, let’s be cool and it just didn’t work…That was my sister…”
