*Page Six is reporting that Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have found a buyer for their loft-like $4.5 million Nolita pad on Broome Street — even though it’s less than 2,000 square feet with just one bedroom.
The couple purchased the home for $2.4 million in 2013, and it was featured last year on the cover of Architectural Digest, as renovated by Don Stewart of Desiderata Design with architect Winka Dubbeldam.
The star couple have upgraded to a posh Beverly Hills mansion that’s more than 8,000 square feet. They purchased the home for $14.1 million, while Chrissy was still pregnant.
Page Six notes that their new dwelling was “previously owned by Rihanna, has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms plus picturesque “ocean, city and canyon” views of LA.”

Meanwhile, 50 Cent’s aunt was left traumatized after seeing his full-frontal manhood on display during a recent episode of “Power.”
50 Cent took off all his clothes for a full-frontal nude scene during episode 4, but even he was caught off guard when his eggplant made a cameo.
After the episode aired, 50 called out the Starz drama’s executive producer Courtney Kemp in an Instagram post on Aug. 6, writing: “Man I just saw episode 4 of POWER,” the rapper captioned the photo. “Courtney I’ma kill you, this is not funny. I think I just saw my [eggplant emoji] in a scene. What the f— Courtney call my phone NOW!!!”
To make matters worse, the scene caused some awkwardness with his family. “My aunt sees the show, and she’s like, ‘I’m traumatized!’” he said. “She texted me like, ‘What the f—? Why didn’t you tell me?'”
The NSFW scene left some fans wondering whether it was a prank, and 50 explained that it wasn’t during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
“I knew it was there,” he says of the scene. “But in the original clips, it was darker. It wasn’t on a big screen, like a life-sized version. It wasn’t an accident. Courtney was like, ‘I didn’t want to show it to you in the beginning because I didn’t think you needed to see it at that point … You just gotta take one for the team.'”
