*The Game is trying to squirm out of paying the full amount of his $7 million judgment in a sexual assault case.
According to TMZ, the rapper filed a motion asking a judge to grant him a new trial with a new jury, or at least slash the judgment leveled against him last month.
An Illinois court ruled in favor of Priscilla Rainey, who sued Game alleging he sexually assaulted her while shooting a reality show in 2015. A judgment was entered against him $7.13 million.
In seeking a new trial, The Game claims the evidence doesn’t support the verdict, and that $7.13 million is too much to pay, anyway.
He also claims the jury had it out for him after seeing a “prejudicial” video of him and the woman after the alleged groping.
Additionally, The Game argues that he never got a chance to defend himself in person…because he wasn’t able to make his trial due to a “severe tooth infection.”
