Simmons also took to Instagram last week to confirm her pregnancy following weeks of rumors and speculation. Captioning a pic showing off her baby bump, the daughter of Rev Run wrote: “We are overjoyed and super excited to receive a blessing this big! Starting a family was something that I could have only dreamed of.”
