YouTube video

*WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today on “News One Now,” host and managing editor Roland S. Martin spoke with New York Congressman Charles Rangel about President Obama’s trip to Cuba and its significance concerning business and entrepreneurship between America and Cuba.

During the conversation, Congressman Rangel raised awareness for the eradication of Cuba’s embargo to alleviate political problems in Cuba locally and internationally.

“As soon as our multi-national corporations start receiving the benefits of the profits that will be made with trade, when they see what can happen, you can bet your sweet life pressure will be put on the house and senate…I am confident that the major political problems that we used to have, most of it emanating out of Cuban American in Florida, that is behind us and I think in November in the next election we will move an impediments to bring peace, tranquility, and trade to our brothers and sisters in Cuba.” – Congressman Charles Rangel
