*The Dallas Cowboys are making headlines for all the wrong reasons.

Police in Wichita, Kansas, say former running back Joseph Randle has been arrested for the fifth time in 17 months after hitting three people with a car and busting into a home, while current defensive end Randy Gregory just received a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s substance abuse policy.

Randle, who was released from the team last fall, was ordered to leave a housewarming party early Sunday, and expressed his anger by hitting the two home owners and another man as he backed out of the driveway. None of them was seriously injured.

But then Randle returned and broke through the front door. Espinoza says Randle was in possession of marijuana when he was arrested.

Randle is jailed on $100,000 bond on suspicion of aggravated battery, drug possession and criminal damage to property

As for Gregory, Dallas owner Jerry Jones took a chance on Gregory after he failed a drug test during the 2015 NFL Combine, which caused him to slip in the draft. The team thought they could get a support system in place to help him handle his issues, but it appears that has not worked.

“This is a disappointment,” Cowboys executive vice president Stephen Jones said in the statement. “We have been clear with Randy about what his responsibilities are and what is expected of him. This is something that he is going to have to work through and correct.”
