*Two weeks after debuting her song “F Q-C #7” on Tidal, Willow Smith has released a video for the song, which is said to mean “Frequency Number Seven.”
Willow produced the track herself and co-directed the video, which includes shots of her playing three different instruments and singing. She told FADER of the concept: “The different Me’s represent my Chakras. Yellow is Self-confidence, Blue is my voice (song), Red is my survival instinct, and the Black is a combination of everything (the true me).”
She said the song is inspired by “Girlpool, tUnE-yArDs, and Cree Summer.”
