*Known for creating some of the most memorable songs in music history, and helping to formulate the Motown sound, the audience at the Arcadia Performing Arts Center in Arcadia, California was treated to music royalty when The Four Tops performed on Saturday night to a nearly sold out crowd.
With only one remaining original member left, Abdul “Duke” Fakir, the show would have had a more bittersweet overtone were it not for the beautiful homage paid to original members – former lead singer Levi Stubbs, who passed away in 2008; Lawrence Payton (1997) and Renaldo Benson (2005).
