*”Die Hard” fans get excited!
Samuel L. Jackson could return to the franchise in “Die Hard 6” as Zeus Carver.
The upcoming film will be the sequel to “A Good Day to Die Hard” and Jackson could return after starring in “Die Hard with a Vengeance.”
Latino-Review’s El Mayimbe tweeted the potentially exciting news!
“FOX is meeting writers for takes on next DIE HARD. It has to involve John McClane AND Samuel Jackson’s Zeus Carver character!” he tweeted.
The fifth film was released last year — grossing $304 million worldwide.
It only makes sense to continue on the franchise after its fifth success. And Bruce Willis confirmed “Die Hard 6” back in 2013.
But if the franchise decides to carry on after the sixth film, he’s opting out.
“In the next few years they could easily find a replacement for me or call the character someone else,” he once said. “But for me, I want to do Die Hard 5, then one final Die Hard movie – Die Hard 6 – before finally hanging that white vest up for good.”
This could be the LAST opportunity to see Jackson and Willis team up. So keep those fingers crossed!
