*Chris Rock’s personal life may have hit a snag with confirming he’ll be divorcing his wife of 19 years Malaak, but according to the Washington Post, the signs were there in his stand-up comedy routines.
In a video, the newspaper highlights Rock’s less than happy feelings regarding the married life while running down some of the entertainer’s most revealing comments about the topic in his stand-up performances.
“Marriage is so tough, Nelson Mandela got divorced — he got out of jail after 27 years of torture, spent six months with his wife and said, ‘I can’t take this [expletive] no more,'” Rock joked.
