*The Atlanta Black Pride Festival was held over the weekend and one of the events featured the screening of the documentary “The Same Difference.”
The film project, from Director Nneka Onuorah, Â examines the complicated and nuanced dynamics among women who sleep with women. The film aims to ignite a conversation about what Onuorah views as hypocrisy in the lesbian community in terms of gender roles and performative expectations.
Among the celebs on hand to check out “The Same Difference” were Kandi Burruss-Tucker, Raven-Symone and Snoop Pearson.
