‘Black Madam’ Admits Being Haunted For Years After Butt-Injection Death

Padge-Victoria Windslowe*The death of a woman who received fatal butt-injections has had a lasting effect on the transgender rapper who performed the procedure in Philadelphia on Claudia Aderotimi,

Testifying Thursday at the Aderotimi murder trial, Padge-Victoria Windslowe admitted she has been haunted since Aderotimi died after being injected with low-grade silicone. The Associated Press reports that Windslowe stated she thought Aderotimi, a 20-year-old London break-dancer, was in distress after the procedure because she had been drinking alcohol.

As a result, Windslowe reached an intermediary the next morning that told her of Aderotimi’s death, saying “R.I.P., Baby.”

“The way she said it was just … really cold, really indifferent,” said Windslowe, who rapped under the name “Black Madam.” “I say that because ‘R.I.P,’ that rang through my soul for four years.”

Windslowe is charged with third-degree murder, which can result in a 20- to 40-year prison sentence in Pennsylvania. In addition, Windslowe has been charged with aggravated assault for another case that allegedly involved injuring an exotic dancer at a New Year’s Eve 2011 “pumping party” in Philadelphia, when she injected a group of dancers on a dining room table, the AP noted, adding that the dancer spent two weeks in the hospital with respiratory problems, after silicone particles that moved to her lungs were too small to remove surgically.

A former client of Windslowe’s testified that she was like many of Windslowe’s clients in that she learned about her through a website and arranged her appointments through an intermediary. As it stands now, authorities believe Windslowe switched locations and used different names frequently to avoid detection in addition to leaving when anybody got injured. They investigated Aderotimi’s death was investigated by police for 18 months before they filed the murder charges against Windslowe.

During her testimony, Windslowe mentioned that she has injected “thousands” of people over since a “Dr. Chimcoke” in Thailand and the doctor in South America who performed her sex-change operation in 1994 trained her. Prosecutors argued that the 45-year-old entertainer’s injections injured numerous clients, many of whom testified about receiving debilitating injuries after their procedures at “pumping parties” and airport hotels went wrong.

Windslowe’s methods for getting silicone were exposed as investigators revealed to jurors this week that she ordered silicone by the gallon as well as syringes by the case for a business she ran on the side under the name “Lillian.”

Windslowe went on to detail the businesses she ran over the years, which included a medical tourism business with “Dr. Chimcoke” called “The Secrets of the Orient” as well as an escort service; making Gothic rap music under the Wrath Entertainment record label; Svengali music management services; a bail service for adult entertainers called The Risque Group; and skin care work done under the banner “BioBeauty Labs,” the AP reports.

Windslowe’s first enhancements took place in 1995 for a transgender friend.

“She (the friend) did it to help sculpt the secondary male characteristics into female, to help transsexuals pass more on the street and basically not get harassed,” she testified. “So that’s where body sculpting came from.”

Windslowe later admitted that her work attracted people of various genders and jobs. So much so that people began demanding her services.

“Everyone was calling me ‘the Michelangelo of buttocks injections,'” Windslowe mentioned at a pretrial hearing last week.
