#YoungBuck Files For Bankruptcy to Dissolve Debts Due to 50 Cent and G-Unit

We all know that 50 Cent is all about collecting his coins.

But this time, he may not get a dime from Young Buck, a former G-Unit member who filed for bankruptcy after serving some jail time.

Young Buck took to Instagram Live with Three 6 Mafia founder and member DJ Paul to explain that he’s filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy and he doesn’t intend to pay any debt due to 50 Cent or G-Unit because of contractual obligations.

“I went in that motherf*cker and got my mind right, so I was able to walk up out that motherf*cker not just free from that bullsh*t, but free from being able not to work. Now I can get to work, you get what I’m saying? That’s all I ever wanted to do in regards to whatever, dealing with the contract and sh*t with dude over there.”

HU Staff: Ariela Anís @ari.anis As he arrives home from a four-month stint in jail (for back child support), Young Buck is bucking back at 50 Cent as he files for another bankruptcy — this time for what appears to be a resolution to dodge any debt his former G-Unit boss claims he owes. __________________________________________________ Per All Hip Hop, the Nashville-bred rapper filed paperwork for a Chapter 13 bankruptcy in January , which looks to be a ploy to get out of his contract and dismiss any debts owed to Fif and G-Unit. In it, he lists his main creditors as the mothers of his six children, the Georgia Department of Human Services, and the IRS, which claims he owes $415,892.04 for tax years 2014 through 2019. __________________________________________________ Additionally, in a recent Instagram live with Three 6 Mafia founder and member DJ Paul, Buck explains further. “I went in that motherf*cker and got my mind right, so I was able to walk up out that motherf*cker not just free from that bullsh*t, but free from being able not to work. (AllHipHop News) Young Buck, born David Darnell Brown, has been sitting in the Cheatham County Jail in Tennessee, since December 20th.⁠ ⁠ That is when he was arrested for being a fugitive from justice, over an outstanding child abandonment warrant. ⁠ ⁠ Since then, U.S. the economy has ground to a halt due to the COVID-19 outbreak, which has paralyzed much of the world since the outbreak started spreading in the U.S. in January. ⁠ ⁠ Young Buck is looking for a little relief, with a recent move to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection.⁠ ⁠ The rap star filed in January, shortly after he was remanded to jail without bail. ⁠ Young Buck lists his main creditors as the mothers of his six kids, the Georgia Department of Human Services and the IRS. ⁠ ⁠ The move could be a shrewd business tactic on behalf of Young Buck, who is disputing an undisclosed amount of money owed to 50 Cent and G-Unit. ⁠ ⁠ The rapper is asking to “reject any and all executory contracts with G-Unit and/or Curtis Jackson.”⁠ ⁠
