Their relationship, though passionate, was not without its challenges. Presley writes candidly about Jackson’s unexpected revelation that he was “still a virgin” at the age of 35.
“I think he had kissed Tatum O’Neal, and he’d had a thing with Brooke Shields, which hadn’t been physical apart from a kiss. He said Madonna had tried to hook up with him once, too, but nothing happened. I was terrified because I didn’t want to make the wrong move.”

The couple married in May 1994, shortly after Presley’s divorce from Keough, and spent more than two years together before their split in August 1996. After her mother’s death, actress Riley Keough took on the emotional task of finishing the memoir, piecing together Lisa Marie’s thoughts through audio tapes, People reports.
