*As part of his defamation lawsuit against YouTuber Tasha K, Kevin Hart reportedly divulged the non-disclosure agreement signed by his former assistant at the center of the case.

The comedian’s former employee, Miesha Shakes, is also named in Hart’s defamation lawsuit against Tasha K (real name: Latasha Kebe). We reported that in legal docs obtained by TheBlast, a representative of Tasha K allegedly contacted Hart’s team in November, claiming to have a damning interview with Shakes. The blogger is accused of threatening to publish if she wasn’t paid $250,000. Tasha K was served a cease-and-desist letter stating that she had no right to broadcast Hart’s business.

“You have already engaged in criminal conduct and tortious acts that would entitle Mr. Hart to monetary damages against you should he elect to commence civil litigation regarding this matter,” according to Hart’s lawsuit against Tasha K. “To the extent that you do not cease and desist now, your liability for such monetary damages will increase, as will your exposure to criminal penalties.”

Tasha ignored the cease-and-desist letter and published the interview on her YouTube channel, “Unwine with Tasha K,” on December 22. During the conversation, Shakes claimed Hart cheated on his wife, Eniko, and that he had a gambling problem.

Hart’s gambling addiction was so bad he was allegedly unable to pay his employees, according to Shakes.

Tasha K’s interview with Shakes was captioned, “The interview that Kevin Hart will WISH NEVER CAME OUT!!”

As RadarOnline reports, Hart denied the allegations and sued Tasha and Miesha. He recently submitted evidence in court showing Shakes signed an NDA during her employment from August 2017 to October 2020.

Per Radar, Hart’s civil lawsuit over alleged extortion and defamation states, “[Tasha] has an established history of posting defamatory and otherwise improper content regarding celebrities.”

Tasha K could be court-ordered to remove the damaging content as part of Hart’s request for a restraining order and injunction against the vlogger.
