*Jeannie Mai wants the court to delay enforcement of Jeezy’s prenup because she claims she doesn’t know what’s in it.

TMZ reports that the talk show host alleges she had little time to thoroughly review the prenuptial agreement before she signed it five days before their wedding three years ago.

Court docs show that Mai alleges she had a small window to review the paperwork, which “raises significant concerns about the adequacy and thoroughness of the due diligence process.”

Jeezy filed for divorce in Atlanta, Georgia, on Sept. 14, 2023, after two-and-a-half years of marriage. According to People, the filing there is  “no hope for reconciliation.”

The ex couple married in March 2021 and welcomed a daughter, Monaco, the following year. According to Jeezy’s divorce filing, the rapper wants to share joint legal custody of the child.

When Mai appeared on Jennifer Hudson’s talk show last year, she claimed she was blindsided when Jeezy filed for divorce. Sources close to the hip-hop star said this is false, as Jeezy’s estranged wife knew divorce was imminent, RadarOnline.com reports.

Most recently, Mai suggested Jeezy cheated on her, which he denied. “Real n***s don’t cheat,” he told Nia Long in November, per Complex.

In a statement to Us Weekly, Jeezy’s rep added, “Any claim of infidelity on Mr. Jenkins’ behalf are 100 percent false and we have no further statements at this time.”

According to a clause in the prenup, a “significant financial penalty” will be imposed on the person who cheats, Complex reports.

In his latest legal filing, Jeezy accused his estranged wife of acting “as a gatekeeper when it comes to [Jeezy] exercising parenting time with [Monaco].”

This “interference” is “causing confusion and tension” between Jeezy and his ex, per The Blast. “As such, it is necessary at this point to separate, structure and clearly define the parties’ temporary legal and physical custody rights and set a parenting time schedule consistent with the best interests of the Child,” the complaint states.
