*Fans of tennis champion Serena Williams are concerned about her mental health after a video surfaced showing her in “white face” and sporting blonde braids that make her look like a caucasian woman.
Critics have accused her husband, Alexis Ohanian, of influencing her altered and unnatural appearance.
A 15-second clip (see below) is circulating on X/Twitter showing the couple at their daughter’s “Nutcracker” recital in Florida. Some believe Williams and her hubby appear high on drugs. The disturbing footage even prompted a response from actor Isaiah Washington who wrote, “The Bluest Eye Syndrome. She will be white in 3 year’s like Michael Jackson.”
Another X user added, “That’s drugs for sure.”
A third critic commented, “The black community spent years calling her ugly and masculine looking and clearly she heard all of it.”

Some fans attribute her apparent shift toward Eurocentric beauty standards to the influence of her husband.
“I don’t think people understand that submissive women take on the traits of their husband. She literally has a white mind now. She’s lost, fellas,” wrote one X user, while another noted that Williams looks like “a cheap prostitute….”
Several concerned fans came to Serena’s defense, as one person wrote, “Y’all need to chill I really think it was just an unfortunate hairstyle making her looked washed out. Plus they’re obviously drunk/stoned. Also everyone gets lighter in the winter AND I don’t think she’s outside practicing as much anymore.” This person shared a photo of Serena and Alex with their two daughters and pointed out how much darker she appears in the image that was taken last week.
