*Cardi B’s legal team claims popular YouTuber Tasha K is hiding money in secret offshore accounts.

As we reported earlier, Tasha K (aka LaTasha Kebe) lost a $4 million defamation lawsuit to Cardi B, and last year, she allegedly told the court that she couldn’t afford to pay the judgment.

As RadarOnline.com reports, Tasha declared bankruptcy after informing the court of her dire financial situation.

“Clearly [Tasha] does not have the ability to pay the [Cardi] judgment in full,” Tasha’s lawyer previously said in court, per RadarOnline.

Cardi B sued Tasha K for defamation after she created videos accusing the hip-hop star of being a drug addict and former prostitute with an STD.  Cardi B testified during the 2023 trial that she suffered extreme emotional distress and that her marriage to Migos rapper Offset was affected. A Georgia jury ultimately found Tasha K liable on four counts and awarded Cardi $4.05 million in damages.

Last summer, Cardi was reportedly ordered to halt attempts to collect on millions she is owed due to the bankruptcy filing. The legal matter is reportedly on hold until the Chapter 11 case is resolved, Radar reported earlier.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the rapper’s attorneys are now looking to subpoena a woman named Patricia Haynes, who allegedly has information about Tasha’s offshore accounts.

Meanwhile, a separate RadarOnline report details how the hip-hop star informed the judge presiding over the bankruptcy case that Tasha’s various financial institutions are being subpoenaed.

Cardi B’s legal team is collecting information “detailing Kebe’s deposits, withdrawals, transfers, canceled checks, wires, and account statements,” per RadarOnline, as well as “Kebe’s tax returns from 2019 through 2022,” the outlet writes.
