Priest Swears He Died, Went to Hell, and Demons Sang Rihanna’s ‘Umbrella’ to Torment Him | WATCH

*Wait. What?! A priest died, went to Heaven, no, sorry — went to Hell, and he got to listen to some big hits topping the charts there. Michigan priest Gerald Johnson claims he died after a heart attack in 2016. On his way from here to the hereafter, he firmly believed he was heading to Heaven to be with the saints. Johnson says he had been doing good in his life on Earth, saving souls.

But, to his utter shock and disappointment, he was routed to Hades, where he endured torture.

“I thought I was going upward because I thought that I had done so much good in this lifetime and helped so many people and made so many decisions that were Godly decisions,” he said. “But as opposed to me going up, I went down. I went literally into the center of the Earth. That’s where Hell is.”

Taking to his TikTok, he now explains that the suffering he went through there is something he “wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.”

Once he entered the eternal inferno, the disappointed priest underwent torment at the hands of demons, who were singing some familiar songs by Earthly singers. He remembers they were singing Rihanna’s biggest hit “Umbrella,” and Bobby McFerrin’s “Don’t Worry Be Happy.”

Could it be that people who sing these hits are actually rehearsing for the hereafter?

“It just blew me away, it still baffles me to this day,” Johnson said.

Although he was being tormented in the eternal inferno, he nevertheless had his eyes open, and he took time to survey the place. It was a good move, because he can now vividly describe its sections to some of us who might end there.

“There was a section in Hell where music was playing,” he says. “It was the same music we hear on the Earth, but as opposed to entertainers singing it, demons were singing it. While up here, you can listen to music to get over a breakup like “Don’t Worry Be Happy” or “Umbrella”, but down there every lyric to every song is to torment you.”

But, why did he come back, or who let him loose? The priest believes he was given a second chance to warn other sinners. He is now urging evildoers to get right with God. One way to do that is you putting down your cell phone and reading the Bible.
