*Critics of rapper Ice Spice often accuse of her being a talentless hack who looks like she has Down syndrome … now she is clapping back at the haters.

As Page Six reports, in a since-deleted tweet, Twitter user @illy_ilz posted a side-by-side image of Ice Spice and a random woman with Down syndrome. “u thought u ate but my sis cute asf,” Ice Spice tweeted in response.

“Down syndrome visibility AND appreciation… I thought Spice was already an amazing woman but this takes mf the cake,” one fan commented, according to Page Six.

Meanwhile, the “Barbie World” emcee recently responded to critics who believe her swift rise to fame can be attributed to her looks.

The Bronx-born artist blew up in 2022 with her viral hit “Munch (Feelin’ U),” and has since collaborated with Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj. Many hip-hop fans believe her rapid success is because she is light-skinned.

Ice Spice — whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston — responded to the colorism conversation in a recent interview with Teen Vogue.

“I have seen those opinions. feel like that’s not something personal to me,” she said.

“I feel like that’s been the conversation for generations and forever, since the beginning of time,” Ice Spice continued. “I try not to feed into negativity because I also see that when people are trying to make that point, it’s not out of a good place. [They end up putting] somebody else down.”

In related news, Ice Spice has been added to the MADE IN AMERICA festival lineup, which returns to Benjamin Franklin Parkway Labor Day weekend.

The full lineup includes headliners SZA and Lizzo and performances from Miguel, Tems, Metro Boomin, Coi Leray, Latto, Lil Yachty, Doechii, Lola Brooke, Coco Jones, Paris Texas, TiaCorine, Eem Triplin, Flau’jae Johnson, Tanerélle, Weston Estate.
