*Fans of the horror film franchise “SCREAM” had the opportunity to get an up close and personal experience with Ghostface at the SCREAM VI Experience in Santa Monica, Ca, at the Third Street Promenade from Feb. 25-March 5.
The SCREAM VI Experience, presented by Paramount Pictures and Spyglass Media Group, takes you to the streets of New York for a 15-minute immersive walkthrough. You’ll find legendary props and a little facetime with Ghostface on a New York subway. Additionally, there are mementos from some of Ghostface’s most famous slashings, and the pop-up experience gives you a glimpse of some of the anticipated action you will see in the new film. It also provides you with all the nostalgic feels, offering scenes from the film within the movie “Stab.”
Once finished, there was time to grab a “Stabby Meal.” Giving fans the full experience. The combo is a Happy meal flipped to feature items that include a Bone Marrow Chain Burger, Throwback Fries, and Woodsboro Orchards Apple Pie.
SCREAM VI is the sixth installment of the franchise and centers on ”Four survivors of the Ghostface murders,” per the synopsis, who “leave Woodsboro behind for a fresh start in New York City. However, they soon find themselves fighting for their lives when a new killer embarks on a bloody rampage.”
The film comes to theatres on March 10, starring Melissa Barrera (“Sam Carpenter”), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Mindy Meeks-Martin”), Mason Gooding (“Chad Meeks-Martin”), Jenna Ortega (“Tara Carpenter”), Hayden Panettiere (“Kirby Reed”) and Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers.”) All vets to the Scream franchise, and joined by Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.
