*Eva Marcille’s dramatic weight loss seen in recent photos posted to her Instagram page has fans worried about her health.
According to Page Six, the model, 38, took to Instagram Wednesday to share photos of herself in a black bow top with black-and-white-striped pants, open-toe heels, and a black clutch. She wore just a hint of makeup and styled her hair in a top knot. She captioned the post with two angel wing emojis.
Immediately, the comment section was awash with concern over Marcille’s look, which some called “emaciated.” Others wondered whether “something is wrong” and several argued that she “needs about 10 more pounds on her.”
Among the remarks: “Is she okay?,” “Why she look sick?,” “She looks not well,” “Losing too much weight,” “Her face looks gaunt and hollow,” “Ozempic?” and “What’s wrong with Eva
But some defended the mother of three, who filed for divorce from her husband, Michael “Mike” Sterling, in March after less than five years of marriage.

“She looks stressed. I’m sure the divorce is wearing her down,” someone commented. Another added, “Lord whatever Eva is going through please help guide her and her children. We are losing way too many of us too soon.”
The “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 3 winner disabled the comments beneath the post, but not before sending this reminder: “Please remember Chadwick [Boseman], and watch what you say. Showing love is easier than spewing negativity.”
The late “Black Panther” star had lost a noticeable amount of weight before losing his private battle with colon cancer in Aug. 2020. The intent of Marcille’s message left some perplexed, with one writing: “Ok so is she saying she has cancer? I’m confused…..”
Marcille has not addressed questions about her health, but shared a quote that read: “My mom once said, ‘Everyone in your life will have a last day with you and you don’t even know when it will be.’ Literally felt that.”
Someone commented under that post: “Why you turn off the comments on your last post?? That pic is nice!” The “All the Queen’s Men” star responded, “Too many people to block when everyone is saying horrible things about you. I’d rather not see it, because it hurts.”
One follower pointed out: “To expect people not to comment on an obvious change in appearance is unrealistic. Now, being mean and aggressive with it is undeserving and unnecessary. The whole ‘mind your business’ and ‘leave people alone’ statements are more cringe than the rude ones because if celebrities wouldn’t POST their business there wouldn’t be comments at all. Celebs, you have to PICK YOUR POISON! It comes along with the territory.”
